Cinnamon Rolls(Yields 24 Large Rolls)

- 1 cake yeast or dry yeast, dissolved in warm water (let rise)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. milk (scald), warm
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- Topping (cinnamon and sugar, mixed)
- 6 c. flour, or less
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Mix liquid ingredients first and slowly add dry ingredients.

3When dough is fluffy, roll 1/4-inch thick, brush with butter or margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

4Roll like a jelly roll and slice with a very sharp knife. Place on greased baking sheet 1-inch apart.

5Let raise and bake for 20 minutes.

6Frost.
