- 300 g mascarpone
- 300 g thick Greek yogurt
- 6 tablespoons raspberry flavored syrup
- 400 g mixed berries
Directions

1Whisk together mascarpone and yogurt.

2Add 1 tblsp raspberry syrup.

3Put 1/4 of this mixture in food processor with 1/2 the berries.

4Add also 2 tblsp syrup.

5Blitz to a rosy puree and fold through remaining yogurt mixture.

6Create a marbled effect.

7Chill.

8Spoon mounds into little bowls.

9Adorn with remaining syrup and berries if desired.
