Ingredients

  • 300 g mascarpone
  • 300 g thick Greek yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons raspberry flavored syrup
  • 400 g mixed berries

Directions

    Whisk together mascarpone and yogurt.

    Add 1 tblsp raspberry syrup.

    Put 1/4 of this mixture in food processor with 1/2 the berries.

    Add also 2 tblsp syrup.

    Blitz to a rosy puree and fold through remaining yogurt mixture.

    Create a marbled effect.

    Chill.

    Spoon mounds into little bowls.

    Adorn with remaining syrup and berries if desired.
