- 6 cups Sugar
- 5 cups Coarsely Chopped Peeled Plums
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1/3 cups Lemon Juice
- 1 package Powdered Fruit Pectin
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

11. In a large pot, combine sugar, plums, water and lemon juice. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.

22. Stir in pectin, and return to a full rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

33. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon. Skim off foam. Pour hot jam into hot, sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Adjust caps to be finger-tight.

44. Process in a boiling water-bath for 10 minutes.
