- 1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans)
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, diced (reserving 1 Tbsp. drained for garnish)
- 1 1/2 c. cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1In saucepan, combine all ingredients.

2Heat just until cheese melts, stirring frequently.

3Serve warm with assorted raw vegetable dippers and toasted French bread slices.

4Garnish dip with reserved tomatoes, red pepper and additional green onions, if desired.
