- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (don't use one with pudding)
- 5 to 5 1/2 c. Gold Medal flour
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.

2Add cake mix and enough flour to make a soft dough.

3Put on lightly floured surface and knead 3 to 5 minutes.

4Place dough in a greased bowl, turning enough to grease top of dough.

5Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk.

6Punch down dough.

7Place on floured surface.

8Roll to desired thickness.

9Brush with melted butter.

10Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.

11Roll like jelly roll.

12Cut in 1-inch slices and place in lightly greased pan.

13Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk.

14Bake in 350° oven until golden brown.
