  • Biscuits
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Follow basic biscuit recipe, roll dough about 1/4 inch thick and cut with a doughnut cutter. Dip biscuit in melted butter and then in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Twist once, piece on lightly greased baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes.
