- 1/4 cups Milk, Any Kind (I Used 2%)
- 8 ounces, fluid Brewed Coffee, Hot
- 2 Scoops Vital Proteins(R) Collagen Creamer - Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- Sugar, Honey Or Stevia To Sweeten, If Desired
Directions

1In a small saucepan or in a microwaveable bowl, heat milk over medium heat until heated through.

2While milk is warming, pour coffee into a mug.

3Add collagen creamer, cinnamon, and sweetener (if desired) to coffee. Stir to combine.

4After milk is warmed, remove from heat. Using an immersion blender (or hand mixer or frother), blend on low speed until milk becomes frothy.

5Pour into the coffee mug and top with foam. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
