Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

3Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix well.

4Combine egg, milk, oil and vanilla; blend well.

5Add to flour mixture and stir until all dry ingredients are moistened.

6Fold in 1 cup walnuts. Spoon into greased pan.

7Sprinkle remaining walnuts on top.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

9Cool in pan about 10 minutes and then remove from pan.

10Makes 1 loaf.
