- 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 (1 lb.) cans yams, drained or use fresh baked or boiled yams
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon in small bowl.

3Slice yams 1/4-inch thick; lay in greased ovenproof dish or pan.

4Sprinkle melted butter on yams, then the sugar mixture.

5Arrange another layer of yams and repeat the sprinkling procedure.

6Continue until yams are gone.

7Bake 25 minutes or until yams are hot and sugar is bubbly.
