  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen haddock (or other white fish)
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen shelled shrimp
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
  • 1/2 large green pepper, cut into 1/2 inch squares
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. dry white or red wine
  • 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp.oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

    In 3-quart saucepan cook green pepper, onion and garlic in oil until tender.
