Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 2 (36 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 c. fresh basil, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 dungeoness crabs, chopped
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 lb. firm fish fillets
  • 1 lb. clams
  • 2 c. red wine

Directions

    Saute onion, parsley, green pepper and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasoning.

    Simmer for 1/2 hour covered.

    Stir in wine, seafood and basil for another 1/2 hour or until done.

    Serve with hot French bread.
