- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped parsley
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 (36 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, chopped
- 6 cans tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. fresh basil, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 dungeoness crabs, chopped
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 lb. firm fish fillets
- 1 lb. clams
- 2 c. red wine
Directions

1Saute onion, parsley, green pepper and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasoning.

2Simmer for 1/2 hour covered.

3Stir in wine, seafood and basil for another 1/2 hour or until done.

4Serve with hot French bread.
