  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or coconut-almond blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 5 tablespoons citron tea Korean *
  • juice from 1 cutie
  • lime juice A bit of
  • icing Pillsbury cream cheese

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa, *Citron tea, and cutie and lime juice

    Add milk and stir until smooth

    Add salt (masks flour taste, so add more if it still tastes like flour)

    Bake in oven at 350°F for 15-20 mins

    When finished baking, let cool completely before decorating with icing
