Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cut green beans
  • 1 lb. cut green peas
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 2 carrots, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimientos
  • 2 medium sweet onions, sliced
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sliced pimiento
  • stuffed green olives

Directions

    Place all vegetables in large glass or ceramic bowl.

    Mix orange juice, lemon juice, vinegar, paprika, salad oil, sugar and salt.
