- 1 lime
- 12 grapefruit
- 14 cup chopped jicama
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper flakes
- 1 mango, diced
Directions

1Remove pith and skin from oranges, lime and grapefruit and cut in chunks.

2In large bowl, combine fruit, jicama and 1 teaspoon of the pepper flakes.

3Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
