  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lime
  • 12 grapefruit
  • 14 cup chopped jicama
  • 2 teaspoons hot pepper flakes
  • 1 mango, diced

Directions

    Remove pith and skin from oranges, lime and grapefruit and cut in chunks.

    In large bowl, combine fruit, jicama and 1 teaspoon of the pepper flakes.

    Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

    Adjust heat seasonings before serving.
