- garlic salt
- evaporated milk
- cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Put meat on sticks.

2Sprinkle with garlic salt and let stand overnight in refrigerator.

3Dip in evaporated milk and cracker crumbs.

4Brown in frypan.

5Put in baking pan.

6Add salt and pepper.

7Add enough water to cover bottom of pan.

8Cover with foil.

9Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
