- 1 stick margarine
- 2 cans minced clams
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. flavored bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute margarine, clams (save juice), onion and garlic.

2Add spices while stirring.

3When about done, add lemon juice and bread crumbs.

4Add clam juice.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Clam Appetizer is done when golden brown.
