  • 1 (7 or 8 oz.) can minced clams with juice
  • 1 c. cool chicken stock or broth
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne or to taste
