- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. clam juice
- 1 can minced clams
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients first.

2Mix eggs in bowl and then add clam juice.

3Beat eggs and clam juice, then add the milk.

4Beat again, then pour into dry ingredients and stir.

5Add clams and stir again.

6Always stir in same direction.

7Heat oil, drop by teaspoon and fry until golden.
