- 3 onions, chopped finely
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 3 c. minced clams
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 c. hot water or clam juice
- 1/2 to 3/4 Tbsp. hot crushed red pepper
Directions

1Lightly brown onions and celery in butter.

2Add clams to egg, stuffing and water or clam juice.

3Add onion and celery mixture and pepper.

4Mix well.

5Drop by tablespoons on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375°.
