- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. clam juice
- 1/2 c. chopped clams
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Beat eggs, milk, clam juice and chopped clams slightly with a spoon.

2Add sifted dry ingredients and mix until flour mixture disappears.

3Drop, by spoonfuls, into hot, deep fat.

4Cook 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
