  • 2 (51 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (51 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 box broken Ritz crackers
  • 36 eggs
  • 20 (51 oz.) cans minced clams or chopped, drained all but 1 can
  • 2 tsp. celery seasoning (optional)

Directions

    Use juice from 1 can clams.

    Put in 18 x 25 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 300° for 45 to 60 minutes.
