  • 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1/2 pkg. dry leek soup mix
  • 1 can smoked clams (oysters, etc.)

    Blend everything in a food processor, adding the clams last. This keeps very well in a refrigerator container and tastes better the second day. Serve with sea rounds or Melba toast. Makes 2 pounds.
