- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1/2 pkg. dry leek soup mix
- 1 can smoked clams (oysters, etc.)
Directions

1Blend everything in a food processor, adding the clams last. This keeps very well in a refrigerator container and tastes better the second day. Serve with sea rounds or Melba toast. Makes 2 pounds.
