- 1/4 c. cooked crumbled bacon or cooked diced ham
- 6 potatoes, diced
- 3 carrots, diced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- chopped onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup plus 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 2 or 3 cans minced clams
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Cover with water and cook potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and ham or bacon.

2When tender, add clams, soup and cube.

3Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.

4Add 2 cans milk.

5Heat, but do not boil.
