  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. onions
  • 1 c. potatoes, cubed
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 pt. clam sauce
  • 2 small cans clams
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

    In 6-quart pot or saucepan combine butter, onion and celery; saute until light brown.
