- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. potatoes, cubed
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 1/2 pt. clam sauce
- 2 small cans clams
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1In 6-quart pot or saucepan combine butter, onion and celery; saute until light brown.

2Add flour.

3Continue stirring.

4Add water and clam sauce.

5Add potatoes.

6Add milk, bay leaf and clams.

8Simmer for about 20 minutes.
