- 15 oz. chopped clams
- 24 oz. clam juice
- 2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 15 oz. tomatoes, canned or fresh
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 c. diced turnips
- 1 c. chopped parsley
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Directions

1Combine ingredients into large pot (6 quart).

2Cook on high for 3 hours then turn down heat to simmer for 2 hours.

3Makes 3 1/2 quarts of spicy clam chowder.
