- 6 slices bacon
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. onions, chopped
- 1 c. potatoes, diced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can clams
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- parsley
Directions

1Chop bacon.

2Fry until crisp.

3Remove bacon from skillet. Drain on paper towel.

4Add pepper, water, onion, potatoes and salt to grease in skillet.

5Cook for 10 minutes, then add both milks and clams.

6Cook 10 more minutes or until potatoes are tender.

7Add bacon and sprinkle with parsley.

8Serve hot.
