  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cans minced clams
  • 6 or 8 potatoes, chopped
  • 16 oz. chicken broth

    Mix oil and flour to make a roux.

    Add celery, onions and garlic and cook until onions are clear.
