Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 4 c. white potatoes, diced
  • 2 c. clam juice
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 2 c. baby minced clams with juice
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. half and half milk
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • salt, pepper and celery salt to taste

Directions

    Melt butter in large boiler and cook carrots about 2 minutes. Add onions and cook about 1 minute.

    Add potatoes, clams, juice and water.

    Cook over low heat until potatoes are soft.
