- 1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 c. white potatoes, diced
- 2 c. clam juice
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 2 c. baby minced clams with juice
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. half and half milk
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt, pepper and celery salt to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in large boiler and cook carrots about 2 minutes. Add onions and cook about 1 minute.

2Add potatoes, clams, juice and water.

3Cook over low heat until potatoes are soft.
