Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, cut up
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 3 cans minced/chopped clams and juice
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp in 3-quart pan.

2Add onion; saute 2 or 3 minutes.

3Pour off fat.

4Add potatoes and clam juice; bring to a boil.

5Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until potatoes are tender. Stir in soup and sour cream.

6Gradually add milk.

7Add clams, salt, pepper and parsley.

8Stir until clams are hot.
-
9DO NOT BOIL!!

10Add dash of garlic salt and dash of Worcestershire sauce.
