- 3 whole chicken breasts
- 8 oz. Hi Ho crackers
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. water chestnuts
Directions

1Cook chicken until tender; cut into bite-size pieces.

2Roll Hi Ho crackers into crumbs.

3Melt oleo and mix with crumbs.

4Put 1/2 of crumbs in 9 x 13-inch dish, then add chicken pieces.

5Mix soups, sour cream and water chestnuts; pour over chicken.

6Top with rest of crumbs.

7Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes.
