  • 1 large onion - finely diced (cook in microwave 3 minutes)
  • 4 large peeled finely diced potatoes
  • 2 cans Snow Clam Chowder
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 1/3 stick butter
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 2 c. whole milk
  • 1 c. instant potato flakes

Directions

    Boil potatoes in water until tender, drain.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat for 45 minutes.
