- 2 slices of bacon diced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 cans (6 1/2 oz. ea.) minced clams
- 1/4 flour
- 1 pint on-fat half and half
- 1/8 teas white pepper
- 1/2 teas salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions

1In 3 quart micro proof casserole, cook bacon on high for 3 minutes.

2Stir in onion and potatoes and cook covered on 90 (saute) for 8 to 10 minutes until potatoes are cooked.

3In a 2 cup glass measuring cup melt butter on high for 1 min. Stir in flour and then add to potato onion mixture, mixing well.

4Stir in the rest of ingredients including clam juice .

5Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes until hot. Stir at least once during cooking.
