  • 5 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 large (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • flavored Italian bread crumbs

    In a large skillet, melt butter.

    Add clams with juice.

    Add parsley, garlic powder, onion and oregano to skillet.

    Stir well. Add enough bread crumbs until medium pastry consistency.
