Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. melted butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans clams with juice
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 4 shakes Tabasco sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs

Directions

    In medium saucepan, melt butter.

    Add all other ingredients (saving a little Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top).

    Cook until soft.

    Put in baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes.

    Can use 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 1/2 cup stuffing.

    Serve with your favorite crackers.
