- 1/4 lb. melted butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans clams with juice
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 4 shakes Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
Directions

1In medium saucepan, melt butter.

2Add all other ingredients (saving a little Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top).

3Cook until soft.

4Put in baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.

5Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes.

6Can use 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 1/2 cup stuffing.

7Serve with your favorite crackers.
