- 3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 3 oz. Neufchatel cheese
- 1 (7 oz.) can minced clams, drained
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 to 3 drops Tabasco
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Rinse the cottage cheese in a strainer and press out any excess moisture (important).

2Place in a blender with Neufchatel cheese and blend until smooth and creamy.

3Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

4Chill thoroughly before serving (at least 4 hours).
