- 4 (7 oz.) cans clams, minced
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 c. flavored bread crumbs
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 box crackers
Directions

1In a pot, mix clams (including juice), lemon juice, chopped onions, oregano, parsley, cloves and bread crumbs.

2Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

3Add Mozzarella cheese and pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
