- 1 clove garlic
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans clams
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Saute garlic, pepper and onion in 1/4 cup oil until tender. Pour into mixing bowl. Add clams with juice, oregano, parsley, bread crumbs and lemon juice. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes.

2Serve with crackers.
