  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans clams
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Saute garlic, pepper and onion in 1/4 cup oil until tender. Pour into mixing bowl. Add clams with juice, oregano, parsley, bread crumbs and lemon juice. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes.
