- 3 cans minced or chopped clams
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. olive oil or 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. flavored bread crumbs
Directions

1Beat eggs and add oil and cheese.

2Mix in clams (do not drain).

3Stir in bread crumbs until oatmeal mixture.

4Chill.

5Add extra spices if desired to taste (parsley, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper).

6Bake at 350° until heated through.
