  • 3 cans minced or chopped clams
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. olive oil or 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. flavored bread crumbs

Directions

    Beat eggs and add oil and cheese.

    Mix in clams (do not drain).

    Stir in bread crumbs until oatmeal mixture.

    Chill.

    Add extra spices if desired to taste (parsley, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper).

    Bake at 350° until heated through.
