- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 oz. minced clams with broth
- 1 pinch garlic powder (optional)
- 12 slices bread
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Brown onion in it; add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, flour and minced clams with broth.

3Cook until thickened.

4Cut and remove crusts from bread.

5Roll each slice with a rolling pin.

6Spread clam mixture on bread.

7Roll it up with fingers and cut in half.

8Put on well-greased cookie sheet.

9Brush tops with melted butter.

10Cook for 10 minutes at 425°.
