  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream (heaping)
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) minced onion, drained
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • dry parsley flakes or chives

Directions

    Spray 8 or 9-inch pie plate.

    Mix the first 4 ingredients. When well blended, add clams.

    Spread in pie plate and sprinkle heavily with Parmesan cheese and lightly with dry parsley flakes. When ready to serve, bake in 325° preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve with Wheat Thins or heavy chips.
