Ingredients

  • 2 cans chopped clams, undrained
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 4 sprigs parsley (may use dehydrated parsley flakes)
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 dashes pepper
  • 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • American cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix together undrained clams and lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add rest of ingredients except American cheese and Parmesan cheese and mix well.

    Pour mixture into 8-inch pie pan.
