  • 3/4 c. diced celery
  • 3/4 c. mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans clams
  • 1 (6 oz.) can shrimp
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 qt. tomato sauce or V-8 juice

    Saute celery, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil.

    Add liquid from clams and shrimp.
