  • 1/4-inch olive oil (in bottom of large saucepan)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh garlic
  • 2 cans minced clams (with juice)
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • salt to taste
  • cornstarch to thicken

Directions

    Brown garlic in olive oil. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour over linguine or your favorite pasta.
