  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 cayenne pepper finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 250 grams clams
  • salt
  • fresh parsley chopped

Directions

    Saute the finely chopped garlic, onion, and cayenne pepper over low heat.

    Add the flour and paprika and stir for about a minute. Add the tomato and continue cooking. Then add the white wine and cook for 5 more minutes, add salt as needed.

    Add the clams and cover the saucepan until they open.

    Plate and sprinkle parsley on top.
