- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 cayenne pepper finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 cup white wine
- 250 grams clams
- salt
- fresh parsley chopped
Directions

1Saute the finely chopped garlic, onion, and cayenne pepper over low heat.

2Add the flour and paprika and stir for about a minute. Add the tomato and continue cooking. Then add the white wine and cook for 5 more minutes, add salt as needed.

3Add the clams and cover the saucepan until they open.

4Plate and sprinkle parsley on top.
