  • 2 lbs cabbage, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 large cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions
