  • 12 oz. fettucini (uncooked)
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream (at room temperature)
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook fettucini according to package directions; drain well. Place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.

    Add butter, cream, Parmesan cheese and parsley; toss until fettucini is well coated.

    Salt and pepper to taste.
