- 12 oz. fettucini (uncooked)
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream (at room temperature)
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook fettucini according to package directions; drain well. Place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.

2Add butter, cream, Parmesan cheese and parsley; toss until fettucini is well coated.

3Salt and pepper to taste.
