- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- Kosher salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 4 rolls, split
- 4 slices Colby cheese
- 8 slices crisp cooked bacon
Directions

1Mix meat with salt and pepper.

2Form into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.

3Grill the patties over medium heat until centers are no longer pink.

4Turn once halfway through grilling time. Toast rolls and top each burger with a cheese slice.

5Remove from grill, top patties with 2 slices of bacon.

6Garnish with your choice of toppings.
