- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 package package chocolate wafer cookies
- chocolate shavings

1In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.

2Add the vanilla and continue to whip until peaks are stiff.

5Stack them one on top of the other into about a 14-inch tower.

6Lay the stack carefully on its side on a serving platter to make a log.

7Frost with the remaining whipped cream and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight

8Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings, if you like.
