  • 1 1/4 c. quick grits
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 1/4 rolls Kraft garlic cheese
  • 5/8 stick butter
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 beaten eggs

Directions

    Cook grits and salt 5 minutes in 2 1/2 cups boiling water. Take off burner and melt in cheese and butter.

    Add milk and eggs. Mix thoroughly.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350° or until brown.

    Double recipe for company.

    Mix ahead and bake before meal.
