  • 4 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 12 cup coarsely grated carrot
  • 12 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh red chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
